With the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the United States, our staff is diligently monitoring information provided by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Broward County Public Schools.
As such, we have implemented the following procedures:
The health and safety of our students is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow any additional recommendations as they arise.
As such, we have implemented the following procedures:
- Hand sanitizer is provided to all after-school students before the enter the transport vans at their respective K-12 school and when they enter our academy after pickup
- Students are encouraged to wash hands frequently
- Disinfecting spray is used on all common area surfaces
- Disinfecting wipes are used to wipe all door handles, counters, and bathrooms throughout the day
- Hand sanitizer is now available at the academy entrance
- Only factory-sealed packaged snacks and beverages are provided to students
